Andrew P. Fleming is a former Partner of the firm. His practice is limited to labor & employment and personal injury.

Mr. Fleming's labor and employment practice focuses mainly on representing employers and employees in sexual harassment, gender, race, age and disability discrimination actions. He also represents injured individuals in personal injury actions of all kinds. A pragmatic and determined litigator, Mr. Fleming regularly achieves success for his clients. On behalf of eleven plaintiffs, he achieved one of the highest employment discrimination settlements in New York State history.

Mr. Fleming received his law degree from SUNY at Buffalo School of Law. He received his bachelor of arts degree, cum laude , from Pace University. Previous to practicing law, Mr. Fleming was an officer in the United States Marine Corps.
